Courtney Cuta serves as Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and Manager of Administration as well as Secretary to the Dairyland Board of Directors. She leads Dairyland’s Administrative Services team which includes Dairyland’s Riverside Café and corporate travel. She is also responsible for executive support and Board governance.
Cuta joined Dairyland in February 2017 as an Administrative Assistant to the CEO. She was promoted to Meeting and Events Coordinator in 2018 and in 2020 transitioned to CEO Support and Communications Coordinator. Prior to joining Dairyland, Cuta worked at CenturyLink (now Lumen) as a Coordinator II, managing communication strategy for the Vice President of Customer Contact Centers from August 2012 – 2017. She has also served as Secretary on the Dairyland Power Credit Union Board of Directors since 2019.
Cuta is a graduate of Viterbo University (La Crosse, Wis.) with a bachelor’s degree in business administration – organizational management and Western Technical College (La Crosse, Wis.) with an associate in applied science degree in human resources – business administration. She also completed Dairyland’s Emerging Leader Program and the Harvard Business School Leadership Principles course.
Courtney and her husband Jim reside in the La Crosse area. They enjoy spending time with family, on the river and with their two dogs, Bullet and Layla.
