Career Opportunities - Compensation Specialist

Dairyland Power Cooperative seeks an individual who will administer and coordinate compensation programs and processes utilizing knowledge of compensation best practices, methodologies, government rules and regulations, and corporate and business unit objectives. Provides guidance on compensation philosophy, principles, and practices to company management staff. Researches and provides resolutions to compensation issues and supports plan and program changes based on regulatory and market changes.

Educational and Experience Requirements: Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university, with emphasis in business administration, statistics, mathematics, human resources, or related area and two years of experience working with compensation programs OR Associate Degree plus six years of related experience.

Must have valid drivers license.
